I can’t recommend Jack and Jill Pilates enough. I've been going regularly for the last two years and it's one of the best investments in my health. The group classes feel more like semi-private sessions (5 people or fewer), so you get a ton of personalized attention from Evan to detail and form.

I came to Pilates with some hesitation – I had never tried it before and honestly thought it was “something for women.” I decided to give it a shot while going through chemo, when I was bedridden and looking for a way to rebuild strength. Over the course of more than twenty private sessions with Evan, she has helped me regain strength in my legs and the rest of my body during treatment and into remission.
