I only wanted to go to UCSF at Mission Bay as usual, but my insurance changed and I was hesitant to go elsewhere. I was directed to IVX. Their location in San Francisco is in a lovely building with easy access. Very important to me because I'm in an electric wheelchair. The office interior is way better than I expected. It is modern, very comfortable, quiet and private. In addition, the staff is superior. Big thanks to Jasmine, Carmen, and Sue. You were terrific and made it a total breeze. If you need to use this facility, you will be entirely satisfied you did - and I'm kinda fussy :)

I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place without hesitation! The entire team was incredibly friendly, respectful, and patient, which made a huge difference. Plus, the facility and even the restroom itself was spotless and very clean. Out of respect for their privacy i won't give specific names out from my most recent visit, but to have both nurses that cared for me that day were a 10 outof 10.👍👏

Super great hospitable staff, all the complimentary snacks you could ever dream of consuming, was given my own private room for my 4 hr infusion with blankets, a couch, and flat screen tv. The 4 seasons of medical facilities.
