My overall experience as a patient at Itani Dental is nothing short of exceptional. I have had anxiety going to the dentist since childhood but Dr. Itani and his team have been instrumental in making me feel comfortable and at ease from when I first came in for consultation at the beginning of this year to now. They worked with me and accommodated my request from the get-go (within reason) which gave me the confidence to finally go through the procedure... a major oral surgery for implants on both the upper and lower arches which I kept putting off for years. Took me right away for an emergency appointment. I was in so much pain…Dr. Itani was incredibly thoughtful and provided the care I needed. Referrals were done right away and appointments with specialist happened immediately. The front desk and supporting personnel were incredibly helpful and caring. I felt that I was really being taken care of. I cannot be more grateful with how they treated me. Thank you so much!
I specifically recommend this dentist for elder care. This dentist is world class in my personal opinion. When we brought our patient in, he greeted us while passing us in the hallway. The office suite 2318 is located on the 23rd floor, which required us to look it up before finding Dr. I's office. The bathrooms required keys due to issues with vagrant visitors. I specifically liked that there was a handicap accessible bathroom in addition to a male and female restroom. I enjoyed meeting another tradesman in my trade of programming while in the lobby.
