I went to Ho's Drapery since they specialize in Hunter Douglas products and I was very impressed with the front desk receptionist when I went into their showroom for advice. She's was very familiar with their products and gave me some suggestions for my specific needs: I wanted sheers for coverage, dark options to prevent glare, and the ability to open shades for full light when I need it in the front living room of my house. She showed me the Duette 3 in 1 honeycomb shades, which offered sheers, black out lining, and the ability to open upwards. I was referred to Ho's Drapery to process my warranty on a Hunter Douglas roller shade, as my original dealer was no longer in business. John was pleasant to work with. He shipped the roller shade to Hunter Douglas for repair work and updated me as soon as it was returned to his store. Great customer service!

Good bang for the buck for home drapes. They sell what you can get at other stores but their prices are better.
