I don't get into the City as often as I would like to, but I ALWAYS make a point of getting my coif and nails done by Phil at Hokus Pokus. Be sure to book an appointment well in advance because the civic-minded cosmetologist who runs the show has a very busy schedule. I am always delighted, never disappointed, and I feel as if I were with family (and I mean that in the best possible way). :)

It was my first time at this salon and the owner Phil made it such a great experience! From the music to the massaging of my scalp it was so relaxing and fun! I would definitely recommend going here for any type of salon service!

This business is by appointment only as Phil has clientele that has been with him for years. I’ve been a client for over 20 years. He has an eye for the nail polish colors that compliment your skin tone.
