It is a quick walk or bike from BART and MUNI, and parking is pretty easy. The service is beyond the beyond of what it means to be a business. These are great people who love to connect with not only the people but the community and on top of it all, they are really great craftsmen. I've been getting my haircut by JC for over a decade now. I've seen Nick's and company's quality; and they really do it all. The best approach is to set up an appointment but can always have the gamble of a walk-in. They are very cool folks and receptive to your feedback. Let them know exactly what you want and if it isn't met, they will work with you to get it done right. This shop is the best! I go to JC for a low fade and love that he always helps me keep my curls and doesn’t chop them too short. And also he’s just the most amazing human on top of being an amazing barber!
If you live in the Bay Area this is the place to come for a haircut/beard trim. conveniently located next to the 24th street BART STATION. Such a welcoming place, all the barbers are friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of having Gary as my barber, he was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. He took his time and did a wonderful job. I l live about 40-50 miles away from Hillside, but the service exceeded my expectations so greatly, I don't mind driving to my nearest BART STATION, spending 30 mins on the train, getting off at 24th St and Mission and walking a few blocks to my favorite barbershop in the Bay Area!
