Before a recent visit to San Francisco from the state of Georgia, I had planned to get a haircut before we left, but it never happened. When my wife and I arrived in SF, we had a little time to kill before meeting up with the big kid after work, so we wandered through the Castro. I spotted this salon and walked in. No appointment, but they had a spot for me. Boom!

My stylist was Leah Vuong, who’s some kind of genius stylist. She gave me the best haircut of my life. I've never had a massage of any kind before, and this haircut came with a shampoo and scalp massage. Leah put warm towels on my face and gave me the most wonderful scalp massage. Shoutout to People’s Barbershop for always keeping it professional. David G provides an incredible cut every time. I frequent both the Valencia and Polk locations, and the talent across the board is impressive. Appreciate the great service!
