My wife and I dropped in for a class during a weekend trip to San Francisco and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We were greeted upon entry by the loveliest human who was beyond welcoming and provided us with mats to borrow for class. We attended the 9am vinyasa+sound bath class and it was an absolute blast! We will for be back for another class next time we are in town!

Haum feels really thoughtfully put together and everyone there, teachers included, made me feel welcomed. The class had a great mix of experienced and new yoga students which makes for a nicer experience in my opinion. The flow was on the gentler side for vinyasa but honestly that wasn’t a complaint, it was just a nice, well rounded class. Parking right across the street was great. I’ll be going back. :)

The first ten minutes of the class was a lot of talking about the history of yoga and no movement so I kinda zoned out on that, but the rest of the class was good. I really enjoyed the teacher breaking down small movements (like pigeon) and explaining why he was directing us the way he was. I have a bad knee, so I really appreciated it. I’ll have to try another instructor and class and see how it goes. But a beautiful studio!
