All good! I was there with my friend over the weekend. The double room was spacious and there was a fridge and a coffee maker.
When I booked it didnt say anything about breakfast but when we arrive they give us vouchers for to go breaksfast for every day. So that was an excellent surprise!
The pool looks nice. I went to check it but didnt have time to swim. You can also walk from powell station to the hotel :)
I have a little story to tell.
When we arrived at the hotel, my girlfriend accidentally left her bag of personal belongings (passport, wallet, and phone) in the back of our Uber.
When we checked in, we informed the concierge Judi, who deeply sympathized with our story. She did everything she could to help us get in contact with Uber to figure out how we could get our missing items back.
Since we were both a bit anxious, Judi spent some time giving us the best recommendations San Francisco has to offer. It is clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and truly embodies the history and culture of this town.

The location is very convenient to Union Square and the Powell St cable car origination point. Staff was very helpful with questions. Great value for the money. The gym could use some investment. Just a few treadmills and hand weights. I think $65 a night is too much for parking, but maybe that is not bad for San Francisco. Overall my experience was positive. I would stay here again.
