Had a staycation here for Outside Lands. Forever my go to SF hotel now. The king room was great, so cute next to the pool. The sauna was so clutch for some R&R in the mornings. Staff were so helpful and kind. Stephanie at the front desk at night was a delight. Made check in so pleasant, set me up for my whole week. Had the pleasure of seeing her help out so many guests, myself included, during my stay. Stephanie is a gift.
Had a great experience here. Check in and out went smoothly, felt welcomed by the greeter and front desk, and had a clean and tidy room. The location is convenient, close to the bus stop and downtown. Our room was also quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again:)
I’ve stayed at the Handlery Union Square Hotel many times, and they consistently exceed my expectations. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always exceptionally clean, and the location is fantastic for enjoying everything San Francisco has to offer.
What really makes the Handlery stand out, though, is the wonderful staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially want to recognize Grace Fausone, the Sales Manager, who has been incredibly gracious, responsive, and accommodating every time I’ve stayed.
