Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is great, rooms are extremely in need of some upgrading especially in the historic wing, with a weird smell in the carpets upon checking in. View from window makes it look like a prison and lowkeyc claustrophobic. Staff do their best but its evident that there's also only so much they can do.
We are very happy to be in this hotel at SF everything about it is best from service to rooms to location.It is at center of union square to get any public transport or big bus hop off.The rooms were clean and nicely organized Staff is very helpful and friendly.They have nice pool and gym.Ordering any food was also very easy to this location.we had room with nice downtown view.We asked them to provide kettle and they made sure to fulfill all requests I would highly recommend this place if you are in SF (just for info, we stayed at Venetian resort in vegas and this place has surpassed that hotel too in terms of service). I can give 10 stars to this hotel.
