Last minute finishing for my home remodel, i needed some heater registers and a return screen. Called a few places that didnt have them then was finally referred to GOW. I called and spoke with Tom. I think he could tell i was a but frantic. He assured me he could help and as soon as I walked in he came uo to me and said, lets see what we can do! He was so helpful, reassuring, and answered all of my laymen questions with tremendous patience! Thanks to GOW and Tom for helping me complete my home remodel!

Very helpful staff, they set me straight on how to run some ducting when I placed my order for things that wouldn't work correctly. Confirmed elsewhere that they were spot on with their edits.
