Jake was very knowledgeable and thorough for the inspection we ordered. Whether it’s crawling through vents or scaling fire escapes, he’ll go the extra mile to get the job done right. His report comes in a very accessible website that shows action items clearly, and doesn’t bury important details in walls of text. He also puts together a list of recommended contractors that you can contact for the issues your clients need addressed. Our small two unit HOA needed an insurance inspection to find a suitable carrier. After researching several San Francisco local companies, all the owners decided GGHI was the best suited for our needs. The service from our inspector, Jason, was amazing, friendly, very thorough and was right on time. The communication was clear, and very much appreciated. I have used them many times for my client's inspection and they are great. Recently they found items during their inspection that the seller's home inspector did not catch. I highly recommend.
