Caveat: I haven't used their services, but this review is simply for the one call I made to them. I've been having trouble with my computer for a while now, and they were very nice on the end of the other line. I told him what I needed and he said that they only do on-site servicing, which is unfortunate, because I have a laptop and don't need on-site servicing. He still told me what the problem might be, and told me how much it would cost ($90 per hour, and extra for any hardware). If I ever had a problem that needed some on-site help, I'll be sure to call them again.

I looked at their ad and it says repair laptops and motherboards. I called them and asked them if they can replace the dc jack on my inspiron. They straight out told me that they don't do that kind of work. If they don't do that kind of work then they are not much geeks and what kind of work do they do? Confused
