The work has been life transforming for me

Marla has been working with me for a few weeks to help resolve some numbness and strength issues in my forearms and hands (I'm a programmer, go figure). After 3 weeks, those problems have basically disappeared. She's recommended a number of small exercises and routines which will help to prevent the problems from returning, or at least to manage them over time and they're working.
When you go in for sessions, try to think very specifically about the problems you have beyond "I'm in pain". Marla is extremely interactive and being able to communicate how you're feeling over multiple sessions helps her to help you. I... read full review
