Love the instructor, & the room (Water), but even with 1 small window open, the temperature for a regular Yoga Flow (not heated) reads over 80 degrees on the thermostat (yikes), & I get waaay too overheated & dizzy. 😵💫 If that larger back door/window to the garden was open the whole class, I would continue to attend, but just too hot in there. :-/
Folk Yoga is an incredible experience. I was housesitting in SF and discovered it on ClassPass. From the staff and the studios to the range of classes and the overall warm and inviting vibe, it was a find. I took numerous classes with Jill, Roy, and Martin (Powerful Flow Pilates, Yoga Flow, Yoga Align), and each left me energized, challenged, appropriately sweaty, in full alignment, and feeling content. The instruction was outstanding - sequencing, pace, music, and adaptive moves to support your flexibility, injuries, or skill level. They were all inclusive and created a safe space for your personal yoga journey. Thank you!
I love folk, I am so glad that I found this yoga studio in my neighborhood. The teachers are fantastic and knowledgeable. Shoutouts to Erica, Jill, Justin, and Roy. Their yoga classes are always a pleasure.
