Amazing first time back to yoga with Nicole yesterday, Yoga 101 ? Extremely smart, knowledgeable instructor with a very intimate ritual/ intuitive nature. Inclusivity at its finest. Was very intimated coming in as a very body self conscious, POC, gay, identify butch woman. And even got to touch hands with my partner during our long poses . It’s almost like she knew. Nicole made it so easy to feel included and beautiful in so many ways. Definitely going to keep coming back for more. Thank you!
