Top notch gym facility that has it all. Thank you to Mikey for showing me around. He's the nicest and best personal trainer from any gyms I've been to. You have to check this place out for yourself. I promise you you won't be disappointed.
I've been meaning to leave another review for a while now- I honestly can't rave enough about Justin's Bodypump class!! I sincerely look forward to going 2x a week ( who says that about working out ha!)- it's a fantastic workout, and he's so encouraging and funny! I absolutely love the class and him- I've taken other Bodypump classes, and everyone is great- but he's the best!
Great gym. Clean, spacious but busy enough to not feel alone while never being too crowded (at least at the times I usually go). Lots of equipment and always in good repair relation room very much enjoyed with massage chairs and tables.Have been working with trainer Carlos Palacios for more than a year and his is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Very much appreciate the variable workouts he provides as opposed to a small set of exercises repeated over and over as I’ve experienced with trainers before.
