For the record, I really wanted to like this place because I've walked by for years admiring the vibe and interior. The haircut I got was objectively a good haircut and was executed fine(which is what the 3 stars are for).My main issue with it is that it isn't even remotely close to what I asked for which is disappointing considering I showed my barber multiple reference photos and even verbally expressed what I wanted.My barber (who I won't name because I understand that this is how they make a living and I wouldn't want to effect that) cut my hair much shorter than I thought we decided on and then asked me "how short I wanted the top" afterwards.They then applied some...read full review

I booked a beard trim and when I showed up, the barber didn't remember what services I had asked for. When I mentioned "beard trim," another barber in the background started laughing. My barber responded with, "... okaaay fine, but just with clippers, I can't shave you." It was uncomfortably obvious that they weren't in the mood to provide the service I had booked.To top it off, the barber told me they didn't have time to finish my cut properly because they missed lunch and needed to go eat. UPDATE: Management did actually reach out to me and refunded me, so I updated to 4 starts for very good service/management involvement.TL;DR: $60 for the worst haircut of my life.This was such a comically bad experience that I am genuinely in shock/laughing as I write this. First, I generally get a pretty simple guy’s haircut style, I am not very picky, and don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything like this.
