Reviews describe the company as amazing, with helpful and professional teams from project managers and crew to office staff. Communication is excellent, and projects are completed quickly with fast, thorough cleanup and spotless yards. One customer interviewed five different companies before choosing Equinox Roofing and was glad they did, noting great service, great quality, good communication, and excellent results. Project managers take time to walk customers through every step, explain material options thoroughly, provide samples, and answer endless questions. When rotted decking was discovered during tear-off, the team immediately showed photos, gave a fair quote, and kept the project moving without missing a beat. Customers highly recommend Equinox Roofing and would use them again.
