Scarpelli & Associates provide highly skilled and individualized care. Unlike some places, you won't be seen by a less experienced PT assistant for your care, only by very experienced and knowledgeable PTs who will assess your specific needs. All of the PTs are experts in manual therapy, which is so critical for regaining function (in conjunction with a specially tailored home exercise program). I have been to places where you just feel like the next person in an assembly line given the same treatment as everyone else whether or not it's what your body needs. That doesn't happen here. Also, the front desk staff are always very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing practice. Liz Scarpelli is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever worked with. She diagnosed and developed a very effective program to address a chronic condition that was misdiagnosed as TMJ +20 years ago. Liz is an expert in upper extremity and really understands (and explains well) conditions associated with the neck. Liz was recommended to me by my wife who is also a PT and worked with Liz on a neck issue. I understand that Liz is well known and highly regarded in the Bay Area PT/OT community. The office staff is very professional and nice. Parking on the street is easy. Also, on a personal note, Liz is a neat human being and fun to chat with.
