The mat Pilates (int/adv) was amazing! Our instructor explained every movement in depth while also keeping the pace of an intermediate/advanced class. She provided corrections and cues that contributed greatly to my Pilates practice.
I had a wonderful experience at EHS Pilates. It was my first Pilates class/session and was extremely positive and productive in every sense. I had a private, one-on-one session with, Carrie, who was great -- extremely focused, thorough, attentive, attuned, and clear in her instructions. I am looking forward to my next session and beyond.
