I had leaking in my garage, called EcoSmart to see if someone could come out and take a look at the roof. Within 15 minutes they were at my house on the roof clearing the clogged drain. Thank you so much for your fast and friendly service!
We recently hired EcoSmart Roofer to clean and re-seal our flat roof (residential single-family home in the Portola/Excelsior area). We had been experiencing some behind-the-wall leaks from our aging roof after heavy rains. Erast performed the inspection and suggested two choices: a new roof, or a less-expensive clean and re-seal option. We chose to have EcoSmart pressure-wash and seal our roof, including resealing connections to our existing solar installation and repair of some areas of flashing.
