Mimi was phenomenal in helping to sell my home in San Francisco. It was a challenging sale. We were selling a 700 square-foot condo. My wife was pregnant and the two of us would be occupying the space through the time of the sale. Added to this, we would be selling at the very peak of the interest rate hikes in 2022. These were rapidly driving a market cooling while we would be selling. Mimi brought in excellent help. A stager who was willing to work with us while we were living in the house. Painters who painted around us while we were still there. Window cleaners, handymen and haulers. All top notch. All excellent to work with. Mimi did an excellent job helping my wife and I find our new home, closing, and getting moved in! Some things that really stood out to me about working with Mimi: 1. She's ultra responsive (even on weekends), patient, and willing to explain anything about the complicated process that is buying a home. 2. I always felt like Mimi had our backs - whether it was making sure we understood all the risks associated with our new home to the legal agreements in our new condo. My wife and I, for example, didn't know the risks of a brick foundation - she brought them to our attention.
