Ray was responsive and easy to deal with. His team replaced one of our toilets quickly when we found out that it couldn't be repaired. Then our garbage disposal started leaking and he replaced that quickly too. He quoted me a price over the phone and didn't try to upsell or change anything later. Ray was awesome. First and foremost, he is reliable - he comes on-time or calls to let you know he's running late. He's competent - I called some guy before him to get a quote and they wanted to charge me $700+ to jet the pipes. Then I called Ray and he got into our basement crawlspace to examine the clog and found it was tree roots that had grown into the main line and cleared them out. It cost me maybe $150. I love root-cause problem-solving ;)A few months later, I called again for a clog. While troubleshooting, he found the clog had flushed itself out but he found signs of a slow leak elsewhere. I called in the morning and talked to Ray Khano and made an appointment to checkout my water heater. He and his helper showed up on time. They both wore masks and maintained a safe distance. Ray checked out the water heater and recommended that my 9 year old water heater needed replacement. He replaced the water heater that day even though he had to work late.
