I really like the head coach and owner. I’m in my sixties now. lol. I’m getting old but I love the sport. I trained with Sifu one-on-one after surviving breast cancer. He’s a great guy and a GRAND MASTER. He knows so much He gave me his gloves. I found them Sufu! Generous and kind coachI’m living in Sacramento now.

Trained since I was 10, Been here for almost 10 years, the best gym ever. The family we all become if you do stay and commit to this place is truly magical. I didn't just learn mma but I learned the discipline and to bring out some special kind of drive to keep pushing forward and to keep learning is awesome. I am a girl and I have always felt safe with all the guys that I train with. When I say we are a family, we really are one big family. We all throw each other around punch people in the face, we lose, we win, we sweat, we bleed, we get dropped, we get back up, we fight and the most important thing is that we do it all together. I trained here for only about 3 months while living in the area in 2021 and was more than satisfied by what they had to offer. This is a real MMA gym with real MMA classes where you can spar in ground and pound situationals and occasionally wall wrestling. They also have wrestling classes which are hugely helpful and not very commonly found in other gyms. The kickboxing class is called san shou but is treated more like regular kickboxing. That means the coach doesn't say you can do takedowns but also doesn't complain if you do.
