Great instructors and a very easy to follow type classes, I’ve been recommending this place to everyone!
Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. I was fortunate to find this academy back in 2018 and have been training here ever since. I train BJJ but they also have Muay Thai, boxing, and Capoeira. BJJ classes are available Monday-Friday at 6-7pm with morning classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Kids BJJ classes are held Monday-Thursday at 5-6pm.
There are opportunities to compete but I’ve never felt pressure to do so. If you want to try a free class, just arrive before class starts and talk to the staff. Hope to see you on the mats!
