I love going to Diane’s! I was never a regular at a nail salon until finding out about Diane’s Nails Care on Haight. My nails never chip and last a long time despite them being natural. Tracy is very kind and provides helpful insights when I’m unsure of colors. You can see that nail care and details are taken care of here!

obsessed. fast service, great cuticle work, and super smooth coats. you can really see how seamless the polish and application quality is with metallics. will definitely come back! they take Venmo primarily :)

I got a dip manicure today at Diane’s nail care and I feel really mixed about it. On the one hand, they took their time and did an amazing job on my nails. On the other hand, they had the color mislabeled and did my dip nails completely the wrong color that was many shades off from what I had chosen. They apologized, but only provided me a five dollar discount. Maybe if I had a fit and demanded they redo it or give me a larger discount I would have gotten better service, but I didn’t want to be rude. I just think it’s bad business when you don’t provide the service that a person is paying for and still make them pay a high price. They previously did my wedding... read full review
