Had an initial massage and returned for another sessions and visiting again today. Massages start with a discussion on pain points and areas of focus. During the second visit, masseuse started asking about the pressure being applied and whether it was too much and later in the second visit asked if there were any specific areas for focus of that remaining session. Half the massage is focus on the back then you flip the second half you are on your back, head and neck massage feel great around the temples and nerves.
James is kind, professional and full of wisdom. He is an excellent physical therapist, and after each session you can see and feel the difference is your physical health.
Irene, Zoe and the other staff are also welcoming and kind.
This is no Massage Envy, which is a good thing. This massage was a very targeted, intentional working of my muscles which resulted in an alleviation of the tightness and pain I’ve been experiencing for months. James was very skilled and someone I would highly recommend.
