My salon search is over - I'll be with Crown and Tatum for life. Tatum is awesome and I love talking and laughing with her while she cuts and highlights with such expertise. She is so welcoming and fun and my hair looks better than ever. Thank you!

I read reviews, Reddit threads, online lists, and checked prices for ~ 20 salons in SF before selecting this one and am SO pleased with that decision. My experience with Tatum was 10/10. She asked questions about my hair routine and the products I use to get a sense of how I style it and what I put on it, answered my questions about how I can better care for my fine, wavy hair, and gave me the exact cut I was looking for. She was not at all pushy about their Kevin Murphy products but gave very helpful guidance when I requested product recommendations as I'd heard really great things about the brand. Tatum is the best stylist! She is about the only one I trust to cut my bangs correctly. It takes her so little time as she's efficient and confident. But, she does a thorough and beautiful job. I also love the style of the salon. It's very welcoming. Even though I moved away, she manages to fit me in when I visit.
