I had a rough wait time here but that's nothing new. The three stars is for the types of people that come through here (lots of screaming patients with questionable illnesses).

We registered here for childbirth and are very glad that we did. The nurses are all top notch and extremely helpful, and there are so many different support staff that always check on your needs. You don't need to ask for a lactation specialist or birth certificate expert because they come to you on a set schedule. Rooms are also outfitted well, so you'll be comfortable as mom, dad, or baby. We felt extremely taken care of and would recommend this place to anyone.

Their x ray, MRI, EKG, and labs personnel are generally excellent. Just had another set of x rays and EKG done last week; staff were efficient and was out in no time (few minutes). Have had blood drawn at the lab next to the x ray and MRI area. All of the staff there know how to find one's veins quickly, effectively so you're out in no time. Even with my uncooperative collapsible veins they're really good at getting the blood drawn promptly. So different from the Sutter lab at 3838 California St. where the phlebotomist is hit or miss. Last week went there and the phlebotomist stuck both arms before he could get a good draw. Horrible!
