CPMC Lab, Mission Bernal Campus | 3555 Cesar Chavez Street

The ER room is terrible they don't really help you like they say they do they have this guy named Franklin there who is rude disrespectful and doesn't like to do his job for what it seems overall this hospital sucks ass

I was arrived to to the ER on February 21st, 2024 at 6:30am, vomiting and very dehydrated from my gallstones that I have been struggling with for the past year and a half. It was determined my gallbladder was extremely inflamed and on the verge of bursting, and they decided to do surgery on Friday, February 23, 2024. The attending surgeon, Dr Jonathan Leichtling was phenomenal and his bedside manner impeccable, and practical. The nurses, especially Cecilia (Daytime) and Tisha (Nightime) were extremely horrible. I recently experienced the services provided by the ED doctors while being a patient at tge San Bernal Campus. Overall my e perience with the triage, registration, and nurses were excellent however when it came to the ED Doctor and the hospitalist, I didnt experience the same feeling, I gelt as they didnt want to help.me with my issues and didnt want me to be there. Not all the issues were addressed but 1, Generally the nurses at the ED were very kind and helpful, communicating with me on the progress on any reports and providing with any assistance as needed.
