I took my sister and two kiddos for pedicures for a family outing. I made an appointment, and they got us all in at the same time. My 8 year old was sooo happy with their service! We will definitely go back again!
I came in for a gel manicure (no extensions), and while the nail tech did a great job cleaning up my nails and making them look nice, the experience as a whole left me frustrated and uncomfortable.
When I went to pay, I noticed I’d been charged $70 — which didn’t make sense, since the posted price for a gel manicure is $40. I realized after walking out that I had been charged for extensions, which I didn’t get (my natural nails are very short — it’s clear I didn’t have tips put on). I went back in and asked about it, and the tech admitted immediately that she’d charged me incorrectly.
