Great stay in San Francisco. The hotel has a really cool historic feel while still being modern and clean. Rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the city. The secure parking was a huge plus, and having Mel’s Kitchen attached downstairs made everything super convenient. Overall, a great mix of classic San Francisco charm and modern comfort. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a clean and updated hotel. Loved the color scheme! Cute bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Parking on site is tight, but much better then the street. Little store area for snacks. Mel's Restaurant is attached to the hotel. We got breakfast there. It's like a diner and was good.
The area is a bit sketchy. But we were fine walking to a thai place two blocks away for dinner.
We had a fabulous stay at this hotel while I underwent a major operation at Sutter Health literally across the street from our room. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you so much for making a stressful time so much easier and more comfortable for us.
