I came in to fix my Cartier glasses and they were SO helpful. Ultimately it wasn’t fixable as the frame was broken but they helped fix as much as possible and another pair I brought. They gave me a new case, and recommended a local shop to fix the frame break. Honestly above and beyond what I was expecting given that the glasses were out of warranty.
Doctor Woo was swift and attentive to my concerns at my visit, and at my husband’s, he went a couple of minutes over to give him the extra care and information he needed. Friendly and efficient!
The prices are really low for good quality lenses. But the staff are not proactively knowledgeable. I had exchanged my heavy polycarbonate lenses for high index because they said it would be 25% lighter. They were actually heavier by 2 grams. I brought them in thinking it was an error and they re did it without investigation. They were still 2 g heavier. When I really forced them to give me an explanation they googled it. High index is “denser” and only gets lighter with prescriptions stronger than mine. Thanks for wasting my (and the lab’s) time.
