Sal helped me with the hood over my stove. He was honest, helped me locate a part and came back when it arrived after having come out the first time for nothing due to wrong part being sent. He was happy to get it right for me. Sal is patient and knows what he is doing. Thumbs up!

Sal came recommended to us by a contractor and he has gone above and beyond. He showed up right away and was very friendly & professional. He collaborated with us to fix a tricky dryer situation squeezed into a tight space - and did so in a very budget conscious way for us. And then, since then, he has gone above and beyond to help us diagnose subsequent issues over the phone. He helped us to realize that our issue was likely a vent issue (which requires Duct / HVAC people vs. Appliance). He was not just trying to take our money for no reason. As a result, Sal will be our 'go-to' appliance guy for any issues we have in the future!

I spoke to Sal when my Danby dishwasher broke, and he actually worked with me to get the service manual so that I could repair it myself. He went out of his way to reach out to the manufacturer.He was incredibly friendly and helpful even though this was not a paid job.Thanks Sal!
