This was my second time being pierced by Chris at Cold Steel. I’m from the originally from the East Coast and have been pierced at high-end studios in Philadelphia, New York City, and Los Angeles.
I never write reviews, but I wanted to write a review to express my gratitude and appreciation for Chris’s attention to detail, professionalism, and thorough approach. After my last visit in April 2025, which was with my sister who was visiting from Oregon, we both agreed he is in a class of his own re:piercing. I returned to get my conch pierced today and was once again so happy with my choice and our exchange. Chris will have repeat customers (both my sister and I) for as long as I am residing in SF. Highly recommend!
Took my teen here to get his 1st piercings. The employees were all very friendly, helpful, & considerate. They gave us a lot of information & everything felt clean & well managed. I absolutely recommend this business.
Months later & we went back to get our 1st post-piercing earrings. Service was top notch yet again.
ly, I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Cold Steel America in 1783 Haight St., San Francisco, California. 94117. I even got stickers afterwards. I was such a good girl, just so you know, someone loves you guys in Northern California, Novato, California, and appreciates your hard work, incredible knowledge, skills, and customer service. I would give you 20 stars if I could! I have wanted this piercing for years, even when Nomad had a location in San Francisco. They still said they could not do my piercing for me, but Kris tried so hard and made it work and it feels great and it’s healing well and I want to think Christina excuse me if I’m not selling...read full review
