10/5 stars for David, Niki, Alex, Madison, Makenna, Kayla, and all the rest of the walkers who have stepped in here and there over the last 3 years. Everyone has been so wonderful, responsive, and communicative, and we are so sad that Slurpee will no longer get to go on adventures with his friends (human and dog alike) every day. We HIGHLY recommend the Citizen Hound team to any dog owners in San Francisco!

Could not ask for a more wonderful dog walking group. All our walkers (over the past 3 years), Madison, Alex, and Nikki have been absolutely amazing. They are super communicative, respectful, and really care for the dogs like they are their own. Could not recommend Citizen Hound enough, 6 out of 5 stars. Slurpee will miss them a lot ❤️

We've been with Citizen Hound for the last two years and they have been absolutely amazing with our Great Pyrenees Lab/everything. Our walker Shannon at Citizen Hound has given Chance a second family and every time Shannon comes to our door Chance is SO excited. Everyone on their team really loves what they do and takes care of their dog as if it was their own. We've worked mostly with Shannon, and sometimes Stacey, and they both have been absolutely amazing to Chance. They have been responsive, considerate, and send the most amazing photos that brighten up our day. We cannot thank you enough for taking care of Chance!
