It was a quiet weekday morning but still took a long time with 2 people working. Not really the sort of place that massages during a pedicure or manicure. It was very average, but they were very nice and have nice chairs.

Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and talented. I called for a last minute acrylic refill and they shaped my nails perfectly and executed the design just to my liking. I would recommend this place to anyone. ($75 for the refill and design) Only thing to note, while I think their supplies are clean (most important to me) - the shop itself could've been a bit cleaner.

Ciao Bella is my new favorite salon in SF! Jane did such an amazing job with my gel nail art based on a photo I showed as an example. We were unsure if the glittery lines would come out sparkly or bulky but it turned out so well! All the edges around my nail in my manicure and pedicure are so clean. Thank you to the several staff who serviced me at this cute salon, conveniently in Chestnut street.

You can tell they’ve really built up a loyal clientele because so many regulars came in and they knew all their names.

I can’t wait to go back again because of their kind and efficient service! Prices are also extremely reasonable for the city ?
