I asked three times for the price of hands AND feet shellac removal, was quoted $10 or $15 if I wanted them shaped etc. Get to the end of my hands being done and the lady acts like I had never mentioned my feet being included so then I got charged $25 when I specifically had made sure to be clear it was both hands and feet give the language barrier was quite something. She then got sassy with me and I don't understand why I felt as if I had done something wrong..
Fine, dissappointing, then great!! I came here a few months ago on a whim after doing some shopping, before going out. They were able to take me and the regular manicure was ok for the purpose, though didn't last particularly long.
I tried again this week choosing a gel after having had acrylics between (great job in another city). This time the woman was rushed to take off the acrylics and barely prepped the nailbed. The ladies were nice but they definitely over charged me they charged me 75$ for a gel extension with French tips. When I first got there my friend and I showed the ladies an inspo pick which was gel extensions with a pink French nail tip she proceeded to give me a white French nail top which gained lots of air bubbles and such later on. Today is Tuesday and I got this done Saturday and one nail has already fallen off and another will fall off soon. The lady barely spoke English which is ok but her friend constantly had to tell her what it is that I wanted. She also got very upset when I tolled her I wanted an almond shape. My friend and I only came here because the place next door was packed.
