Had an appointment at 9:15am called at 9:15am to notify them I would be 10-15 min late and was told by the receptionist it was okay. He was rude. As I arrived and checked in at 9:25 am the person at the front desk said I would need to reschedule because my apply was already half over ? How? It was a 10 min difference. This place seems to be unorganized and lacks customer service especially the front desk who does not give a f**** Due to the construction in the building I was not able to find the office, there is very little direction. I would recommend the front desk to be more friendly and understanding after all it is a service where you are required to be friendly... read full review
Great docs, great PT’s, great staff! They are essential no matter what.
This location lied to my face, twice! I was told twice in two weeks I only owed $10 each for the copay to find out I was not covered and now owe over $200! I was referred to the other Chiro-Medical practice in Embarcadero, but they were booked solid and I was in a lot of pain in my neck and back, and needed immediate help. Chiro-Medical Group Express were able to accommodate me in the afternoon where I supplied my health insurance and filled out a profile prior per their request. Exam was only about 20 minutes and when leaving was asked for my $10 co-pay. Left and the next morning I already felt better.
