Dr Kenneth Lau is a literal MIRACLE WORKER. I've had an 8+ year chronic stiffness problem along the right side of my body that I've spent $40K+ trying to resolve. I've seen the best results and am nearly cured from Dr Lau's combined acupuncture, herb, and exercise treatments. Dr Lau is really concerned about identifying the root cause of the issue and recommends a range of options (super holistic!) to solve the problem. He knows a TON and is a combined western physician, acupuncturist, herbalist, life coach, and PT all in one. His bedside manner is also impeccable - super soothing, non judgmental, and gentle with his needle placements. The clinic is really awesome too. It's centrally located, really spacious and clean, accepts insurance payments, and is really affordable (~$100/session + affordable bulk packages that take the price down to $80/session). The front desk staff are also super courteous and responsible/good at their jobs - big shoutout to Crystal whose always so prompt with submitting statements receipts.I really love this place!!

I had tried acupuncture twice before without much success. But I was very impressed with Chinese East West Health Services in every way -- Emily Yuen is an amazing acupuncturist and herbalist who at last got to the bottom of my long-standing problem. The offices (I went to both SF Grant Avenue and Daly City) are highly professional (efficient, on time, with a wait list that really works, smooth handling of insurance billing, etc.) and they also care about you as a patient. Highly recommended.

Been going for acupuncture treatments for several years. Vicki gives excellent care, very professional, listens and adjust treatments to address painful areas. I go away pain and tension free. Facility is very clean and comfortable and front desk friendly and welcoming.

I've been to at least half a dozen acupuncturists but none beat Sabine. She understands the human body network and knows how to use those needles -- it's not supposed to hurt!! She's also super sweet and friendly. I always leave my sessions feeling with my soreness relieved and a bit more energized.

Kenneth is amazing! He has the most incredible bedside manner, really takes time to understand and explain the root causes and warns you before inserting each needle. And is a miracle worker on immediately reducing / eliminating symptoms!! I've had acupuncture done at other places and did not feel as much immediate relief as I do after being treated by Kenneth! Extra bonus - they take insurance. What more can you ask for?

Ok, I've only tried acupuncture a few times in the past, but a long time ago. First of all, the front office staff are extremely helpful and patient with me in trying to find the best appointment for my schedule. Everyone is so kind, its like a breath of fresh air when you don't experience kindness everyday. I originally went for extreme foot pain and neck pain. After the first visit, the foot pain was gone. The second visit, we moved to my back. I've had serious back problems lately, where I couldn't even stand straight, due to muscle spasms/tension/bulging disc pain. I was looking for a chiropractor, but couldn't find a chiropractor for less than $200/visit, so since I had an appointment already for my feet and neck, I asked for help with my back. I've been there 3 times so far, and I am almost pain free. I've been seeing Sabine, she is wonderful! She explains everything she's doing and why, how everything is connected, and she's very thorough. Its so very interesting how it all works. In my last appointment, she did cupping. This was my first time cupping. It felt almost as good as a massage. Its like magic. I feel about 90% better. I can't wait for my next visit. Soon I can get back to my active lifestyle. Thanks to Sabine, Candace, Dan and Tinman. I highly recommend giving it a try if you never have, and if you have, this is the place to go.
