After moving to the area, I used to go by this salon practically every day. I made an appointment for a haircut after all, and Kris Estrada-Pozzi was amazing! Not only were they really kind, but they also gave my long overdue haircut a stylish update. She was really considerate throughout, even down to the choice of shampoo for the wet weather. I am very excited to return for a new, shorter spring cut!
Went to Johnny for a blowout and it was perfection. Lasted for days! He has a chill, low key vibe that shouldn't be mistaken for disinterest. I really appreciated how much he listened to what I wanted and delivered. This could turn into a habit!

Chelsea has an eye for personalism and listened what I want. Each appointment we thoroughly discussed my current hair status and what my realistic hair goals would be. I feel so comfortable in her chair and believe the feeling is reciprocated. Chelsea's skill and expertise makes her an unmatched professional in the Pacific Heights district.
