Mike was great. I called him due to improper installation of a foundation retaining wall from a concrete contractor and Mike knew exactly what to do. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The wall was leaking bad and it rained at the end of his work and no water came in after. He saved my project from big delays.

Mike O'Donnell is extremely throrough, knolwedgeable, responsive, kind and helpful. Professional too. And he has so much experience. We had major flooding on the ground floor of our house during the January 2023 storms in Northern California. He was able to quickly analyze the problem and outline a step-wise approach to fixing it. He responded to all my questions and explained everything that need to be done clearly. An amazing resource. We'll definitely call him anytime we need help with waterproofing or repairs from water damage, although thanks to him, we're well protected.

The New Years' Eve storm revealed a previously-unknown crack in our foundation that was letting water into our ground-level bedroom during heavy rains.Mike came over on short notice, patched it up with epoxy, and we were able to stay dry through the remaining weeks of the wet weather.
