I own an apartment complex in Burlingame and I have used Bullard's Heating & Air several times. Talk about customer service!!! Every time I call to set up an appointment they are so accommodating, kind, and friendly. They've sent one man (Gary maybe?) out to the building twice and he's very kind, friendly, and super competent about whatever the problem might be. They are great about working around what works best for me (can be tricky with tenants trying to find times that they want their landlord coming into their unit with any kind of repair person), but Bullard always does their best to set up appointments for me.
