Bridge Housing presents itself as an organization committed to helping low-income individuals and families find stable housing. While that mission is important and greatly needed in our communities, my experience raises serious concerns about how fairly the process is being managed at the property level.
Organizations that serve vulnerable populations must hold themselves to the highest ethical standards. Unfortunately, it appears that some property managers have the ability to remove or delete individuals from waiting lists without transparency or clear explanation. 08/07/2024 The building is brand new but the property management is garbage.
There are no rules enforced here, the no animals allowed is not accurate because I've seen dogs, cats, and one lady has a snake. It's supposed to be limited to service animals but nowadays everybody's animal is a service animal. The building is also supposed to be smoke free but when I go to my neighbors house on the second floor in the evenings the whole floor reeks of marijuana. People are at the park after 9pm purposely banging on the play structure, and bouncing basketballs; there is no basketball hoop. People take their dogs out to the play structure... read full review

I haven't actually been to the office yet. But I have called 6 times to the numbers they provide ,nooone ever answers or returns phone calls. A few years ago I called for an emergency because we had no resident manager here at 25 Sanchez for over 2 years. There was a shooting right in front of my apartment ,and it was devastating for me. The police had their A R s ,bullet proof vests and raided our building to find the shooter. It was crazy. I called and called and Noone has ever called back or came to speak to me about it. Then they all8wed the shooter to still reside here w their mother. I had no idea abd saw him walking down the hall and past right by me. I... read full review
