I would give zero stars if i could. These guys are NOT responsive and clearly don't care about their customers. They handle the boilers in my building - i flagged an issue to them a year ago and despite many follow ups they have still not addressed it. Save your time, save your money, take your business elsewhere.

Dave and Harvey at Bridge City Boiler were fantastic and helped us get hot water again. I highly recommend their company. Dave went above and beyond to see us as soon as possible. Same goes for how he communicated with us and keeping us in the loop about a parts order until the problem was fixed. He does not like to procrastinate... Unlike another company we worked with previously, they actually followed up and followed through on what was needed and what they said they would do. It is too soon too tell if the repair will stick, because our boiler has been a bit of a lemon since we bought our house. We've dealt with another repair company, but the problem always came back a month or two after they McGyvered it. Its been long enough since their visit to know that this repair is at least as good. And I've never heard our LAARS Mascot II boiler run so quite because it doesn't constantly short cycle anymore.

Bridge City Boiler were fabulous in helping my elderly godmother get her new boiler in. Harvey was great...he would call back, went out of his way to try to get over in his busy schedule, and made my godmother feel at ease. They came out in a timely manner for an estimate, emailed us the bid, and got right to work once we signed the contract. They explained everything as they went along to my godmother. I highly recommend their company. When she had a question about a part of the unit, they came out, looked it over and took care of it. Great customer service and they did a great job.
