Idexa, was absolutely incredible, she worked with me to bring my idea for my tattoo to life. She is patient, insightful, and just an overall good person. The shop itself is well located, and very clean. I will be coming back!

I only have one tattoo on my arm. I have for many years wanted a spine tattoo and have always been turned off by the pain. After some digging / consultations with different shops and artists in San Francisco I found Rigers. Not only did he execute my tattoo brilliantly but he was also very calming and reassuring. He was respectful of me and my pain tolerances. And on top of it he was DIALED in and cared about my tattoo and the quality as much as I did. He continued to ask me if I needed to breathe and he was genuinely a dream to work with. I got a tattoo here with an artist who was previously employed. There was an accidental blow out from the tattoo and the tattoo artist was dismissive of me when I communicated this to her. I was feeling very frustrated and reached out to the owner, Idexa who responded promptly and attentively and offered to touch up my tattoo and communicated that the aforementioned tattoo artist was is longer with the studio partially in response to my complaint. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and intentionality in supporting her clients.
