Tommy was great ! It was my first class at Barry’s and even though it does look intimidating it’s a great workout. He made sure to give the right instructions and always keeps you motivated to keep going throughout the workout. The staff at Barry’s were super sweet too. You can take your own pace but Tommy kept it going. Definitely recommend

Such a fun workout! We will definitely come back. Our coach was great with high energy. I developed a love for fitness over the years and this type of class is fun to switch it up from my normal routine. The smoothies at their in-house smoothie bar were delicious.
