In what universe is it ok to clean someone's carpet and leave the cleaning fluid splattered over the bottom of all their furniture and over the slate flooring? (Photos below.) While pouring the dirty water down the toilet the technician spilled some of the gunk on the seat and sides of the toilet and didn't wipe it up. The photos do not do it justice. It looked like a gas station toilet. I couldn't use it until I'd cleaned it. The carpet was wet for two full days after the cleaning, and once dry it felt crunchy underfoot.
