Luis did a great job and was very professional! We had a minor issue with the breakers in our house getting tripped when the equipment first started as our place is fairly old, but Luis was super helpful and patient throughout the process. He also helped us reset our breakers. Our carpets have never been cleaner and I highly recommend Luis for your cleanings too!

This review is for the drop off service for area rugs. Luis couldn’t have been better! We dropped off a rug that was gifted and in dire need of a cleaning. Honestly I didn’t know if It was worth cleaning. Luis was very upfront with his expectations as the rug was rolled up for years. We decided to give it a go and when it was ready we were surprised on how good it looked and smelled. Thank you Luis and B&G!

B&G Chem-Dry went above and beyond. They were understanding of my budget and were genuinely compassionate and kind throughout. The daybed cleaning turned out great! Exactly what I hoped for. I’d happily use them again and highly recommend.
