We have been on the hunt for a sports medicine doctor for our two sons who run competitively. I am so glad that we decided to come into San Francisco from Marin for them to be evaluated by Dr Bell. She was amazing with them. She spent over an hour with each assessing their complete physiology to understand the root cause of their hip, knee and ankle pain. She examined them thoroughly, took them into the gym to evaluate their mechanics and diagnosed each of their specific and very different needs. Anyone with kids who are competitive athletes who have bodies that need attention beyond a surgical orthopedic, Dr Bell should be your go-to. Her extensive knowledge about athletes' needs is a breath of fresh air. Not only did she recommend exercises but she explained the root cause and physiology in a way that my kids (who thought they already knew everything) can understand and digest. With knowledge comes power and they now feel empowered to take their training into their own hands.

I won’t recommend this office at all. Dr Bell is extremely rude to her staff and unprofessional. She screwed up my work comp case by her incompetence. Don’t waste your time going there.

Dr. Bell is very empathetic she takes the time to listen instead of rushing through my visits and explains everything in detail, and it’s very rare nowadays to find a doctor who’s compassionate about the care of their patients. Dr. Bell expertise has made it possible for me to get the treatment I so desperately needed for a year now after a work injury. I will without hesitation would encourage everyone who is looking for a caring physician to treat with Dr. Bell, and her staff at Avanti Sports they are awesome people. Dr. Bell’s vast knowledge and experience is just what I needed to give me hope of becoming healthy again, so I can have a chance to get my life back.

I recently completed a sports medicine internship, and it was a phenomenal experience. The highlight was shadowing Dr. Bell, a phenomenal mentor who imparted invaluable knowledge about sports medicine. I gained hands-on experience both in the clinic and during on-field coverage, learning the intricacies of patient care and injury management. This internship not only expanded my skills but also opened numerous doors for future opportunities. My externship at Avanti Sports Medicine under Dr. Bell was a great experience. As a medical assistant here, I was able to provide hands-on patient care and directly interact with patients. This opportunity also allowed me to gain knowledge about the various responsibilities of the front and back office. Dr. Bell ensured that all interns had the tools needed to succeed and demonstrated commitment to both patient care and educational development. I am grateful for the hands-on experience I received helping the patients at AVANTI.
