We just got new kitchen floors from Armstrong and could not be happier. I'm pretty sure I interacted with all employees at one point or another during the exploration through execution phases and they were so consistently knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward, and kind. Our kitchen is small but has so many nooks and crannies. They did an impeccable job laying floor (it's such a delight to be in our kitchen every day!) - also swiftly, also affordable! 100% recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Armstrong. They did a fantastic job replacing the worn-out carpet throughout our basement and stairs and installing engineered wood.
From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. The installation was done efficiently and with great care, and the craftsmanship really shows—especially on the staircase, which looks beautiful. The flooring has completely transformed the space.

We had a water leak in our building and had to replace the hardwood floors. Chris and his team at Armstrong Carpet & Linoleum were amazing to work with from start to finish. Looks like my five star review is like bringing sand to the beach since all the other ratings are five star. My brother used them for wall-to-wall carpeting and highly recommended them to me. My sister used them and I used them for hardwood flooring and window coverings. Excellent skill level of the installers! And all three of us have been living with the end product and are still very pleased. We had a malfunction issue on our mini blinds due to the manufacturers mistake, but Andrew had them repaired immediately.

Liam has done flooring and window coverings for my home and office for almost 20 years. I trust him completely and the quality of the products that he has installed are top notch. He installed my window shutters in 2007 and they still look like new. He also installed my home carpeting and office vinyl flooring. Recently I had water damage to my office floor -- Liam came right away to evaluate the damage and help me. His advice is always seasoned, professional, and smart. We hired Armstrong to replace some tile in our kitchen. When they came to do the job the person did not do anything to isolate the kitchen area or instruct us to clear out our kitchen. Our entire apartment ended up covered in tile dust including dishes and food in the kitchen, our couch, rug, toddler toys in the living room, dining table, etc. Our toddler was home while they were drilling out the tile breathing in the dust. When we called to complain Armstrong did not offer any assistance or remorse. My husband finally gave them an angry enough call that they agreed to come see the mess that their random contractor did to our place. Armstrong finally admitted to the error but only offered to pay a limited amount for a cleaner. It's pretty clear they hire inexperienced contractors and take no responsibility for any damage their hired worker does onsite. Buyer beware.

They were unbelievably helpful, and they had great options. My bathroom floor has always been a broken mess of old tile. Since we're renting I did not want to tear it all up. I wanted to lay something down on top of the tile that would be easier to keep clean and look a lot better. I called this store and the person on the phone was so helpful. He explained how I could do this. When I came in everyone was very kind and very helpful showing me what my options were and how I could achieve the look I wanted. Now I love my floor--it looks so much better, is very comfortable, and so much easier to clean.

Awsome, swift, clean job by Armstrong Carpet installing carpet on my house's staircase. Alonso our installer was courteous and professional and completed the job much faster than expected. He left the place spotless too. It's a real treat to get to work with a small, local business, with friendly staff who greet you by your name when you enter the shop and put a lot of care in treating the costumers right and maintaining a well-deserved, excellent reputation. I highly recommend this business for your flooring needs.
